The weekend ROCKED..... I felt like I was in college again! Lots of late night fun had by all... Friday night was the Molly Ringwald's concert, and I got really drunk but had SO much fun! Saturday was a terrific party (thanks to those who planned and those in attendance)--- where I maybe learned a lot more about people than I wanted to know, but it was a fun time had by all anyways.

In other news.... I'm in a special contest for Mary Kay where I have to interview 15 people by the end of August. This is going to be really hard concidering there are only a few days of August left, but I'm going to challenge myself to do it. I'm sure that I can! An interview just consists of me explaining the benefits of the Mary Kay opporutnity/business, and then asking you to fill out a survey explaining what you think. This will help me with my training and with my contest, and I'd apprciate anyone that could take the time to help me to do it. We can do it over coffee, or over the phone either with just me/you or with my director on 3 way (she does all the talking). It's pseudo-scripted so it goes quick, but it's not painful. Life has been pretty awesome lately... normal, but I'm getting things accomplished, just trucking along. The real world doesn't suck as bad as I thought it might...

I'm getting ready to buy a new Washer & Dryer (correction... new implies that I have one to begin with. I have NO washer and dryer... I want one, but I want them to be new). Anyone have any brand reccomendations? (Wow, I sound all adult and stuff!)

Also, I'm looking forward to the very first semester of my entire adult life where I don't have to go to school! YAY!!!!!!!! I may take ONE class, but it will be completely voluntary and I'm not sure yet if I want to (if I WANT to... it's so cool to have that choice!) Definitely don't want to start grad school yet... definitely. I'm burned out, and need some time off to relax!

Speaking of relaxation.. I'm going to a "Muffins & Makeover" Mary Kay party this Saturday from 10-12 at my training center which is on Division Street (between Vets and W. Esplanade). .. near Barnes & Nobles. If anyone wants to come, they are more than welcome.... as the title implies, there will be some breakfast munchies available. Also, any of my guests receive a $10 MK Gift Certificate.

Oh, and I'm going to a special MK meeting of another unit in Baton Rouge on Wednesday evening. If anyone has friends or relatives in BR who would want to come, it will be fun and informative-- $75 dollars in product for $40 for attending that one.

Girls, don't forget to send out samples to your friends for free-- props to an overachiever who came up with a list of 10+ (initials MN) You can earn unlimited free stuff, and *I* do the work for you. You'd sign up for the credit card for the free t-shirt, right?

Anyways... that's about it for now. If anyone wants some great sales on cups and utensils and towels and stuff like that they should check out K-Mart, I spent like $20 today and got 4 bags full of stuff.
